NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING
(UNDER CLAUSE 13 OF JANAK PURI CLUB MEMORANDUM)
The Annual General Body Meeting of Janak Puri Club shall be held on 21st March, 2021 (Sunday) at 10:30 AM at Party Hall of the Club, Janak Puri, New Delhi (near Metro Pillar no. 585) to discuss and approve the following agenda: -
AGENDA OF MEETING
Item no. 1. Welcome address by President.
Item no. 2. To consider and approve the minutes of last AGM held on 01/12/2019. (Copy available on website “www.janakpuriclub.com” as well as at entry point).
Item no. 3. To discuss and adopt General Secretary Report. (Copy available on website “www.janakpuriclub.com” as well as at entry point).
Item no. 4. To consider and approve the statement of account for the period from 01/04/2019 to 31/03/2020, duly audited by M/S Bhupinder Shah & Co, our chartered accountant. (Copy available on website “www.janakpuriclub.com” as well as at entry point).
Item no. 5. To re-appoint M/S Bhupinder Shah & Co as auditor and fix their remunerations.
Item no. 6. Keeping in view the prevailing circumstances and need of funds new membership was offered at the old rate of Rs. Three lacs. It is proposed to confirm the action and reduce the new membership fee to Rs. Three lacs till next AGM.
Item no. 7. To approve the proposal to restrict the transferability of permanent membership to son or daughter only once and must not be transferred again to any one.
Item no. 8. Any other item with the permission of chair.

1. As per the guidelines issued by the Government of India maximum gathering of 200 members can be held therefore you are requested to confirm your participation in writing within seven days of issuance of this notice. Participation beyond 200 will be through online via Cisco Webex for which the link will be sent to those who wants to attend the AGM online via Mobile, Laptop or Desktop. Kindly share your mobile number to send you participating link.
2. Also under clause 13 (c) of our constitution it is required that if any member wishes to transact any other business in the AGM, no resolution other than those relating to the adoption of report and statement of account shall be moved on the Annual General Body Meeting unless a request in writing signed by the member / members to move such resolution has been received by the office of the Club at least 7 days before the date of AGM.
3. Those members who have not paid subscription for a period exceeding three months cannot participate in the AGM.
4. Only members can participate and no proxy or guest of any member shall be allowed to attend the AGM.
5. Kindly show your I-card / Smart Card at the entry point.
6. Lunch will be served after the meeting.
